What does this Guide do?

The purpose of this guide is to educate my-self and other’s interested in the American zoning/land-use system utilised across the nation. So that property owners, Individuals who express an interest in development/planning and others may understand how to navigate the decentralised system that affect our everyday lives. Each county will have there own page dedicated to their local zoning codes, building parameters and mapping (as accurate as can be)

This is a work in progress and will take some time, after all there are roughly 30,000 zoning jurisdictions in the US.
